ARABIC SPEAKING COMMUNITY FORUM!- March 13th. Baharat!!"s A'isha will teach debke at this event for the Arab community in Spokane to meet and greet. The event focuses on getting parents and children of school age to know other Arabic speaking people in the area, and to learn about resources available for assistance of different kinds. There will be food and entertainment as well as information and education. Noon to 6 PM, East Central Neighborhood Center, 500 S. Stone.

LAYALI TARAB XI!!- An Evening of Middle Eastern and Fusion Dance Enchantment. March 27th, 7:00 PM. Sri Prasert Thaiway Lounge, 5908 E. Broadway, Spokane. Audrey La Rue of Seattle stars, with featured guests Angell Estrada, Genevieve, our evening's narrator Jarran Smith, Koreshakti's Savannah, Nicole and Sue,Lael Martin and Merissa Dirks of Ballet Classique, Nah' Joom's Zarina and Baharat!! A'ISHA IN MONTANA!- May 7th/8th. Copper City Beledi presents workshops and performances in Butte, Montana. Friday, May 7th, Egyptian Dance Basics with Suzan Sharder as an introductory class to the style. A hafla follows the class. Saturday, May 8th, A'isha will teach Shimmy as a Tool for Layering and Movements of the Stars of Egypt in a morning workshop and Raqs Beledi in the afternoon in the Montana Tech HPER Dance room.
